Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Afterflow as a seller. By creating an account or installing the Shopify app, you agree to them. The data processing agreement is part of these terms. Questions go to antondogena@gmail.com.

The service

Afterflow sends delivery emails, hosts download pages and sends follow-up emails for paid orders in your Shopify store, based on the products and settings you set up.

Your account and content

You’re responsible for your account, for the files you upload, and for having the right to sell and deliver them. Don’t use Afterflow for anything illegal, for files you don’t have the rights to, or to send spam. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to store and deliver it only to run the service for you.

Emails to your customers

Afterflow only emails customers of paid orders. Marketing follow-ups go only to customers who accepted marketing at checkout. You’re responsible for the texts you add and for following the email rules that apply to your store.

Price and billing

The price is shown before you pay. Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and there are no refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. If you use the Shopify app, billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify bill.

Availability

We work hard to keep Afterflow running, but we can’t promise it will never be down. If something goes wrong with a delivery, customers can always get their links again on your store’s recovery page.

Liability

Afterflow is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using Afterflow at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, deliveries stop and the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
